Okay following on from this thread https://looksmax.org/threads/i-thin...tors-that-come-to-beauty.186826/#post-3191112 this surgeon can give you 3 of the things found in this thread.
1 A laterally projected maxilla.
2 A well forward grown jaw.
3 A good jaw shape and angle
Look at the picture below we can see all 3 things improved the 1st pic lacks a well defined laterally projected ramus. The 1 has a chin that is receding into his fucking skull. The first ones maxilla is also death tier.
In cases like this where the whole mandible is recessed You physically need to move the entire jaw. So what did guy have done ? 6 MM Jaw advancement and 6 MM maxilla movement they. How did they get so much bone it wasn't an osteomtamy persay nor was was it an implant they had to physically get bone graft from the hips to get that much projection. I don't know how many degrees the jaw was rotated by but i would assume 6 or 7 degrees that's the typical when doing bimax.
Anyways the surgeon who performed this was dr lance west in auckland, nz i think this guy is the solution for most subhumans.
@thecel bro this guy maybe able to do that morph though you probably won't get orbital box or half the shit you said you could easily get lefort 2 6 mm and a full on bimax 6mm.You'd probably need bones from your hips though.
