Okay Real Question. Does Creatine actually affect the face/do any kind of bloating even a lil counts.??

In theory, creatine could also affect the facial muscles because they are striated muscles(muscles like biceps etc..) , and creatine draws water into striated muscle cells. For this reason, a small increase in intracellular water in facial muscles is technically possible(milimeters, but whatever milimeters can fuck up your face). Facial muscles are very small and thin, so any volume increase would be minimal. What people usually perceive as facial puffiness is mostly caused by subcutaneous water retention rather than the muscles themselves. Factors such as salt intake, hormonal changes, lack of sleep, and lymphatic drainage play a much bigger role. This distinction is important: creatine mainly increases water inside...

This distinction is important: creatine mainly increases water inside muscle cells, whereas facial swelling is usually due to water held outside the muscles, under the skin. water in the muscle is not main cause of bloating but it can mess it up with milimeters
