I recently grew ~2” in a couple months going from 5’10 to 6’ between late 17 to early 18
Despite only growing an inch between 13-17

Is this a trend? You never see a Mexican or something claim the same thing happened to them

I exploded in height tho, when I was 15-16 I was like 1,70-1,75 (I dont remember the exact measurement, but I wasnt big, more like little) I was fat tho, now I'm an ectomesomorph, but at that age I was fat

Whites do have the most late growth due to starting puberty the latest and having the most late puberty growth but what you described isnt related to that. Whats normal for whites is to hit puberty at 11.5-12 and grow an inch after 16-16.5 or something. What you described: only growing an inch from 13-17 and then suddenly growing 2 inches is IMPOSSIBLE.

I would say I started growing when i was 15 when i was like 5'5 and when i finished at maybe around 20 i was weak 6'0 and now i am a solid 6'0, but idk if im still growing or not

Mexicans/peruvians/indigenous peoples hit puberty at a similar time to blacks and then dont grow much during puberty. Their height genetics are prolly the worst on earth bar pygmies and south east asians

East asians hit puberty later than mexicans but before whites and have puberty growth inbetween whites and mexicans

Blacks hit puberty at a similar time to mexicans and grow a lot during puberty, arguably as much as whites (although its not due to late growth like whites but to high peak growth velocity)

Indians are similar to asians id say but they experience slightly more late growth

i dont know where they got 1.79 from. 1.78 is 5'10 and 1.79 is 5'10.5 so you're wrong. that study is like a summation of various studies and a bunch of estimates which might include self reported height. 1.79 is the max anyway

arabs also hit puberty early like mexicans indeed. i knew an arab who was already done growing by 12 years old and he already had a beard at 12. i was literally sub 150cm at 12 haha. blacks hit puberty earlier than asians they just grow a lot so it seems like they arent typical early bloomers
