I find it so stupid to think just because something is older means it’s better/more masculine somehow, what I’m referring to is for example when people shit on electric vehicles by calling the people who drive them soyboys and thinking driving a combustion car makes them masculine/old fashioned whilst being completely unaware that the same could be used against them when it comes to horses vs combustion cars, repressing the advancement of in this case transportation as a way to seem superior is just such a weird hill to die on
