he finds me today wearing them, ready to go to the gym, he goes full on crash out screaming for about 30 mins about how those are his friends how tf would I even know that, I then proceeded to laugh in his face and he grabbed and let go, I then go to the laundry room this nigga is still following me having a full on cortisol spike, a genuine chimp out (my moms like that too) I tell him after the gym I will take it off no issue, I never wanted or claimed the sweats and I laughed when I said that he stepped up close to me looking down it was so brutal, and he put his had up showing a pre back hand slap and says “do you wanna be beaten?” And I can’t even say or do shit back, asserting physical dominance is the most belittling thing you can do, I then proceed to start stressing and slowing felt emotion and tucked my fucking tail, most brutal thing, any drugs to numb emotion completely at all times, I have to gain mental toughness and not bitch out in situations like this, it’s like my testicles got tooken, like a neutered dog, any solution or thoughts?​
