It’s obvious Iran respects the US far more under Trump than Obama. This is a completely unbiased opinion as well

They launched the attack on the Iraqi base that they KNEW was going to be detected hours before hand by American intelligence - and made sure to report to their low IQ public that there were many US deaths to keep them satisfied and happy.

Trump (probably through communication) knew this was a sign of signaling not wanting to escalate - whilst simultaneously satisfying their own population with the “fake deaths” news.

Obama was a massive push over. People praise his foreign policy but forget that he let Russia take Crimea and destabilize eastern Ukraine. He also allowed ISIS to become massive and cause havoc in the Middle East.
