I drink coffee with creamer and sugar in the morning, so it isn't technically IF. I'm going to start taking caffeine pills soon though.
I tried OMAD today and it was great. Here was my quarantine eating schedule
6am- wake up/shower/brush
6:30am- work.
2:00pm- OMAD
2:30- LDAR
6:00pm- workout and shower
7:00pm- vidya
10:00pm- sleep
During my one meal, I was super hungry, but got full very quickly. I couldn't eat more than 1200ish calories. I felt full until I had to workout, but then I was too lazy afterwards to eat again, so I had a 200 calorie snack, and took a shower. Also I had something to look forward too.
This is technically 2MAD, but lower insulin resistance so if anything it's better. I think it works very well and you should do it over water fasting @streege. Water fasting I've only heard bad things about. You will lose too much muscle mass, and it's easy to rebound back to your original weight.
