I mean, Lefort III brings the maxilla forward, and her maxilla looks really good after that. My mistake but how is that possible, if Lefort I only moves the jaws?

She didnt even change tbh

I mean shes still ugly

Nobody performed Le Fort III on her. She wasn't syndromic and it's extremely high risk surgery.
ok, but she got extreme forward growth after surgery

LeFort 1 targets the maxilla(the dentition-bearing portion below the nasal base and above the tooth apices) Lefort 1 is mainly used to correct midface deformities, treat sleep apnea and some other stuff. LeFort 2 targets the upper jaw and nasal region(the maxilla and portions of the nasal bones) Lefort 2 addresses nasomaxillary deformities e.g. severe midface retrusion. This is rare in comparison to Lefort 1 as its really only used for specific craniofacial conditions or trauma that requires nasal and maxillary correction(think someone striking you in the face with a baseball bat). LeFort 3 targets the ENTIRE midface including the upper jaw, zygos, nasal bones, and orbits. LeFort 3 is used to correct severe issues like midface hypoplasia. LeFort 3 is the least common.

I think this is a LeFort I which was then followed by a mandibular surgery. I could be wrong but there is no way this is a LeFort 3 as I dont think any doctor would operate on her(the surgery is very invasive and intense and needs both a neurosurgeon and a plastic surgeon present)

If you find the answer lmk as I am actually curious lmao

What you talking bout. Le fort 1 is indeed supposed to move the maxilla(upper jaw) not lower jaw(mandibular), that's bsso, Bimax if both. Also, lefort 2 and 3 are extremely rare surgeries, it's like only for those who have some kind of syndrome(go ask cgpt ECT for it), and not just for pure aesthetic.

Never heard of angles?
