yeah so basically, bimatoprost, the active ingredient in latisse was originally an eye drop for treatment of glaucoma to relieve eye stress, that's how my nan has it prescribed. but then it was noticed that it actually promoted eyelash growth. same way minoxidil was made for hypertension (if im not wrong) but then they noticed hair growth as a side effect. i assume you just apply it the same way, as the concentration is the same, just have to be careful as lumigan isn't approved by FDA for cosmetic use. im sure it will be fine tho
