So Fellow Looksmaxxers. I heard thats there this tribe in Africa where the average height is 6’3 (crazy I know right) and supposedly all they do is jump a lot throughout the day. I was intrigued by this and did a little bit of research. What I found out is that when u jump for a extended period of time, ur actually creating microfactures in the bone inside ur leg and this forces the body to lengthen it. The same concept can be used for adjusting a bicycle seat to a more elevated stature and forcing ur leg bone to adapt.
What yall thoughts on this?
• I recommend yall non stop jump for 15 minutes before bed and apply ankle weights while letting ur legs dangle off the bed so that ur legs can stretch more towards the floor
