While someone is talking the best way to remember what He says is to pay Attention, dont Go Back to Recall what He says Cuz He keeps on talking And as your Attention shifts Backwards, you Miss what He continues saying as human is Not Multitasking able. you can only pay Attention forwardly. Attention is the mother of memory. You have No Time to repeat what He Said Cuz u instantly need time to answer. Well idk maybe you can increase your Attention (span), though paying Attention draws your Energy, you gotta weight in/decide when its worthwhile to pay Attention and when Not. Human is also Not multi tasking able, If u Multitasking u will get worse at some process, maybe Multitasking is only feasible If you train the Same Thing 1000 Times, in that Case Ur brain might be able to do multi tasking and muscle memory

the human brain is like a pc. some have more ram, some have more powerful cpus, or gpus, some have better sound cards/chips. some have a good balance of all features.

having higher cpu clock speed means faster reflect and reaction, but having low ram means you have to constantly dump memory that becomes irrelevant, and for many people, irrelevant memory can be names or the last thing a person said. the only way you can retain memory is by saving it to the hard drive. if you have a large solid state drive, you have exceptional long term memory, but transferring this to working memory will downgrade performance in terms of recall speed and accuracy if your ram is limited, but the memory will remain unadulterated and uncompressed in your ssd
