Being humble serves no purpose since the people who would've been inspired by you to improve themselves are inspired by your display of strength and open recognition of this strength

The people who would rather see you humble than proud will never actually be inspired to improve themselves by witnessing your strength so it makes no difference if you're humble or proud, they're still going to deny themselves from appreciating your strength

I am going to contradict myself immediately by noting how The Giga Mogger Clint Walker inspired people by being humble, but maybe it's a case where you need to reach giga mogger status before being humble seems impressive since in such a position it would be the easier route to get carried away with yourself.
Being humble as a 6'6 Giga Mogger is actually impressive because it takes a level of ego restraint that 99% of people wouldn't be able to manage in that position.
