probably intermittent fasting + low carb.

For you to reach 10% bf, it will take at least 4 months in cutting, it will take a lot of effort, I hope you can achieve it.

What does that look like fitness wise? Especially for those of us not interested in cardio beyond jump rope?

calories in calories out but i dont want to end up being skinny but lean out while building muscle a bit along the road(possible)

Bro if you want to become muscular, you need to quit that low carb bs. an average person holds about 500g of carbs in their muscles (if they are full) if you go low carbs and eat like 50g of carbs everyday and keep working out, your muscles will become depleted and they will produce like half the work force they would if they were full, so low carbs inherently impede muscle growth.

Edit: if you're worried about carbs making you fat trust me it has 0 affect on actual fat loss, as you stated "calories in calories out.". That been said your weight might rise once you introduce carbs back since every gram of carb hold about 2 grams of water.

I think I got too much DHT as its the primary cause of oily skin after puberty. Hopefully goes away with age. Retinol kind of works but still have white bumps and redness :(

Retinol, is weak ass, borderline cope, stuff.
I would bring out, the heavier gear (if you can afford it). to get rid of bumps, pimples and redness and small pevious acne scars.

I would start, at minimum with tretinoin 0.025%. And if I was you, i would do other stuff as well.

they say AHA and BHA can work well. like 1x per week. The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution

tretinoin daily (night)
sunblock daily.
retinol daily (day)
The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Daily

And like 2x per week. dermastamp.

Also redl light therapy, they say is good for acne sacring. Ideally red light therapy is like 10-15 minutes daily.

Don't need to do all above. Actually doing all. is not possible and to much. But i think a good selection, for smooth and even skin toned skin helps stuffs.
