Strong anti-androgens
Bicalumatide could work
Or the strongest and first anti androgen ever created
Cyproterone Acetate
This would work the best as it nukes all sex hormones in your body, essentially castrating you temporarily. It has the highest chance of regrowing hairs.
And if you want better results, of course estradiol + the AA.

However I must say this isn’t recommended at all as there’s many severe permanent risks.
Only do this if you have the balls

The risks of doing E outweigh the results for me.

I can’t risk developing man boobs, lot of fat tissue, tranny voice, lose inches in my dick and all that other stuff just for hair.

I’d rather keep my masculine look and feature than have a full head of hair being a tranny tbh.

E won’t change your voice and the only way to not lose inches is to continue getting boners
I think E alone and most people would be fine same with bica as it just stops T from binding to the androgen receptors it doesn’t stop the production of T.

Even then imo you’d to be on this for 1+ years.
The biggest concerns are
Brain tumors from cyproterone
Breast fat from this or even gyno
Height reduction
Blood clots
Infertility
And yea only the most willing would be willing to take on the risks.
