How did it go? I thought I could just be a loner not talking to people in college/uni and it'd be somewhat normal (age gaps, people focusing on education etc) but these threads make me somewhat anxious about it

Only had one lecture but everyone is friendly. Its just about making actual friendships cuz surface level mutuals in a new place is easy, especially uni. A lot of small talk but im pushing myself through it
