Obviously everyone here is more than familiar with these couples that constantly get posted everywhere, where the guy is ugly and the girl is decent looking. These couples get loads of attention and e-fame...but why? If you look at their "content" you'll quickly realize that neither of them are remotely interesting, funny, talented, or have any unique insight, experience or skill. Their content is monotonous and mostly consists of them doing random everyday things or talking about the most mundane shit. Literally the only reason they get any "clout" at all is because the guy is ugly and the girl is decent looking. If it were reversed and the man was a 7/10 and the woman was a 2/10, or if they were simply both average looking, and they made the exact same content, they would have like 15 subscribers.
Lots of people have different motives for their interest in such couples:
But even on this site (a blackpilled forum) you get lots of guys posting the same couples over and over and thinking there's some lesson to be learned from them like "Just be [the guy's race]" or "OffY DoOfy!". Ironic that supposedly the most "blackpilled" forum on the internet is also obsessed with this type of cherrypicking. The cope is simply too strong for most incels to resist.
Lots of people have different motives for their interest in such couples:
- For bluepilled ugly incels, it gives them false hope
- For a lot of normies, they can point to these couples and smugly say "If he can do it what's YOUR excuse" or otherwise use it to DeBUnK le inkies and blackpill
- For some more extreme white knights or radical feminists it gives them ragebait and they can screech about how "she's a pickme" or how the guy is being "abusive" or a "predator" or "GROOMED" her (despite the fact that they're both grown adults who didn't meet each other until they were adults, and in most cases they're around the same age, lol)
- And then you have the "OOFY DOOFY IS LAW" giga-autists
