Everyone tells different stuff I’m currently sleeping on my back just to find out it’s “bad” since the gravity pushes back your whole face making your maxilla and jaw recessed idek if it’s true but they say back sleeping makes you ugly that can’t be right?

Sleep on what side you like bro, although from a scientific perspective, it's best to sleep on your back (unless you have things like sleep apnea).

The gravity pushing back on your face and recessing you has literally no logic behind it. Think about it, wouldn't gravity also be acting upon you when you stand? "Pushing your jaw downwards and hence making you downgrown instead of forwardgrown", it doesn't make sense.

I'd also debate against sleeping on their side causing significant asymmetries, there's no evidence of that, but if you want to and you're comfortable w it, I'd sleep on my back just in case

Idk gravity could make sense since when y stand up gravity pushes downwards and on top of ur head but when u sleep on back the gravity pushing downwards is then pushing on front face I breath well during back sleeping yet people say to side sleep and some say not this is horrible situation

Man I just sleep. Usually on my sides can’t lie because I’m used to it but I am changing to my back because my shoulders hurt a bit well only one one of them
