Foundation can but you would need lots of it. Also OP can just use concealer in selected areas to cover the blemishes and pores. It will look undetectable that way with a finishing powder.

I used to use something like this back in 2022 and it gave me a mogger skin. Have acne atm will fix that first but when its fixed def going to use this again

No it hydrates my skin and makes it soft and glowing.

I take it off 3 times a week splashing water at my face, i don’t cleanse or anything since it destroys my skin
