Your fat distribution will change due to hormonal balance . When i was low bodyfat my face got at its "peak" , but when i gained weight again my face still looks much better than it used to be when i was fat

you can just start lean bulking at 15%-20% BF instead of wasting a few months to just get skinny and get to being diced quicker and if your literally obese you will gain muscle while cutting so you don't really need to gain muscle afterwards becuase you already built it assuming your not some fag who starved maxxed

Your body will develop if you get stronger and bodyfat will decrease even if u stay at the same weight. everybody here knows that bulking is a meme and its just an excuse to eat more food
