One 3 day fast killed all my food noise

Used to have insane amounts of food noise which caused me to be overweight for alot of time in my life even though i was playing 2 sports and burned alot of calories everyday.

Food noise is basically what happens everytime you want food without being hungry. Despite this i managed to lose weight and became relatively lean, But i still had the food noise.

After some theorycrafting i wanted to test if a longer fast would fix the problem and it did. The fast ended 2 weeks ago and i have no desire to eat any food when im not hungry and when i eat i only want to eat nutritious food instead of processed goyslop like before.

Not saying its gonna work for everyone, I havent looked for any studies on the matter but its worth a try.

might try this but need to have good quality sleep.

thanks! will try it soon. Also might implement 1 day a week fast (way better than interminent fasting ) after that

Yeah i do that too and skip breakfast everyday and my metabolism feels great.
the problem with interminent fasting is that it ages you long term. Might be better to swith to 3 days a week full eating and a 36 h fast on weekends but I'm not 100% sure.

My feeding window is usually from 12am to 8pm so its not that short and this is how people used to eat, breakfast wasnt a thing until ((they)) wanted to make more money so they came up with false studies to get people to eat breakfast
