Overall it’s a death sentence.

Going to the gym feels like going back to war.
Literally the same energy levels of a 70 year old grandpa.

It kills my drive and brings me back into a pessimistic state.

Sleep is so important, don’t neglect it.

You are totally right but once you are on TRT, a bad night sleep for whatever reason and the next day instead of being at 20-40% you will be at 60%. But yes, sleep is king.

You shouldn’t do TRT before the age of 40 or something unless you some sort of disease.

Prescribed by a real doctor. Did several blood test before getting it prescribed.

Why did you start?
Jul 2023. I'm at 175mg/w. 1100 total test at through. No sides and the blood panel is perfect. Never had any sides before but my levels were between 350-450, free test in the lower range of average. Everything: libido, energy levels, performance at gym, motivation... increased from 7/10 to 9/10.

Now imagine having had hypersomnia all my life. Go figure. Lol. Most people are so weak, in my shoes they'd long have off'd themselves.

How did it affect aging and hairloss?
I was already using dut, and oral minoxidil, both prescribed by derma. So hair no recession (still NW1) and aging no difference. It's not like I'm blasting.

Staying up too late and socializing at night is too normalized.
I sleep at 4/5:00. Got massive dark circles and bags which made me look older.

your right. I only start nosleep since last year and i notice my undereyebags, skin not getting better, no more height gain, bloated all the time face, etc. really hope this can be reversed..
