Long story. I've worked with him about 2 1/2 years. He started out cool, but he's the type of dude that tries putting people down in subtle ways. Hell get comfortable with you first and get to feeling like he can shoot the shit with you but then say passive aggressive shit to make you look stupid. I bit my tongue for the longest time because I needed the job.

And instead of telling you what he wants from you he'll nag. He'll walk by and see something he doesn't like and bitch about it instead of just telling you how he wants you to do.
