I'm guessing it's the masseter muscles, that level of asymmetry on a skeletal level seems too drastic, though I could be wrong.

genetics, sleeping on one side causing asymmetry. who tf knows. You can get a gonion angle implant to balance it

Ramus asymmetry

First I need to make sure I'm talking with the right user. Are you the guy who had that pic of Jeff Seid?
Why did you change it bro?

Also after you answer that tell me if you had Orthodontics growing up? Any braces or extractions?

yes

still am

i had a baby tooth premolar extracted on left side
Aight I think you have Condylar Asymmetry, but very mild

Get scans and speak to a MaxFac

I have it mild too

Also change it back to Jeff Seid fag :feelswhat:

There are some therapeutic exercises you can do to fix the muscular assymetry

does the longer ramus side have bigger masseter muscle than the other side?

Well man we have the same problem
I think the jaw is not in the center

yes more bone = more area for tissue
I have same thing, i chewed on my right side whole life making ramus longer and other stuff, but year ago i switched to the left side and i found out you should be chewing evenly bc if you just chew on one side your other side will become more inward. Idk if it makes sense

Chewing and sleeping on the weaker side will fix it after a year
