Yeah opposite for me I look like a fat bloated fucking retard in selfies but in pics and videos my friends take I look like a Chico- Cameron dallas hybrid
Sand ?

Let me guess, you favor one side of the mouth over the other when you chew. Good way to get an asymmetrical face.

Well my first instinct would be to focus on why I was favoring one side. It's usually down to some dental problem or other, but sometimes it's just a habit you stuck with after a bout of temporary pain on one side.

Once I was satisfied that everything was ok dentally I would make it my business to do 75% of my chewing on the weak side so it could catch up. The lack of definition on one side might simply be a consequence of weaker muscle support, who knows.

Also look up Mike Mew's video on tongue chewing. And start Mewing (i.e. adopt the correct tongue posture)

yes same

one side of my face is normal, the other one is deformed

I have been doing this, and I am going to be going to a dentist to fix my asymmetrical bite. Right now I'm 80% eating hard foods on the weak side. I haven't really seen major improvement but I know that once my dentist fixxes the asymmetry in my bite, I'll definitely improve.
