In a short story, people have been harassing me and using pictures of my face on social media to impersonate my identity. These people have been doing this for the last 2 years.
Continuously posting my face with fake text saying I want to kill muslims etc.. basically their goal is to ruin my entire digital footprint and identity. About one month ago i had enough of this shit. Talked to the police about the situation about how these people have been stalking and harassing me. But since i admitted into saying hate speech to them on discord, (i told them because i regretted what i said), then the police convincted me in court because apparently i threatened them. I think this is such a stupid conviction because the only reason i got convincted is because i was being honest with the police. Moral of the story, i shouldve provided more proof on the identity of these people and i shouldve given more context to the authorities.

Yes. Honestly I admitted to it because I wanted to give more context and be honest, I was going through rough time and I think its very easy to threaten the people who have been harassing you for years. I do regret what I say tho, it is sad tho. I hope I get justice.

OP can actually form a proper defence generally confessions to the police don't hold in court but if they have any kind of evidence against OP he is cucked. Only thing you can do at that point is plead guilty and try to explain your situation and stance and hope for the best. Take that bitch down before that happens tho.
