Yes. The best face lift results I have seen include fat grafting. It looks great 3 months post op. But my understanding is that fat transfer is unpredictable, you could loose it all 24 months after the procedure, or worse you could loose half of it asymmetrically. And after you have lost the fat, your are even worse off than you were before the surgery. Maybe it is Doctor dependent, probably there are other variables, but I don't think all the variables are known at this time. And fat grafting is something a woman benefits much more from than a man.
