Basically a few guys went to him for surgery and this guy completely fucked them up lol No joke, their gonial angle increased, they became more downward-grown... They went to another surgeon for corrective surgery and he took their Ceph and was shocked at how more subhuman they'd become. It's really hilarious, those niggers paid to descend

WTF really he must be really fucked up

By the way which maxillofacial is the best - the most skilled and blackpilled, like probably no.surgeon would be able to shorten midface or fix all downward growth but those whose results are the most mind blowing and have good reputation

This swiss one I'm getting my MLF2 from. Beside him, some Germans are really good. I've heard Defranq is decent

Looks good, all German plastic surgeons seem to be pretty based, including the one that performed GetLooksOrdieTrying surgeries on Lookism.net.

fuck this shit, i live in switzerland and may have consulted with him. but after reading this... idk . what do you think of dr.brusco, i think he was trained by triaca, does he have a better eye for aesthetics? and what do you think of dr. sailer?

Dunno if I can post in a thread of a few months old. But my post relates to the discussion here. I had surgery with this dr A Triaca. His surgery costs a lot of $$ and I have problems now I dunno if they can be solved. If you have to get chinwing which I'm not sure I'd recommend anymore I'd probably go to dr. Z or the Russian doc.
