1. Stop trying. Stop trying to "be successful" & instead be content & stress-free/just "live."
2. Stop chasing girls. Instead of getting rejected to your face, save yourself humiliation/shame.
3. Stop hanging around normies/people. What do social skills grant you when you're ugly?
4. Stop trying to "maxx" shit you won't, i.e., fuck social skills, money, etc. if it doesn't suit you.
5. DO START not giving a fuck & not expecting much so you won't be disappointed much.
6. DO START doing your own shit & not worrying about whether it's right or okay to anyone.
7. DO START ignoring most of any bullshit people tell you, as life/experience is the best teacher.
8. DO START realizing that things are not the way they same. Re-consider what's really valuable.
9. DO START changing the way you think. There's a good chance you cling to many copes.
10. FINALLY -- REMEMBER THAT MOST OF WHAT YOU THINK OF YOURSELF IS COPE. IF YOU POST HERE THERE IS A 99% CHANCE YOU'RE UGLY, UNWANTED, PHENOCAPPED & WILL NEVER BE SUCCESSFUL. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME THINKING YOU ARE "GRINDING" WHEN ALL YOU'RE DOING IS WASTING YOUR TIME. IF YOU DIDN'T WIN FROM THE START, YOU WILL ONLY BREAK EVEN AT BEST. If you were born and lived a shitty life between ages 0-20 for the most part, then that's likely going to be at least 90% of the rest of your life, even if you somehow manage some kind of "ascension" if you even want to call it that. Wake up.
You will seriously lower cortisol, serotonin, feel better, and live in solace knowing you don't care. You won't have any anxiety really as anxiety is apprehension over unknown.
You don't keep worrying about the nonsense, & only focus on the core principles. You won't worry about making a mistake, and will instead only do the bottom line/common sense.
No more "what ifs" or "why nots" -- you will see how things are & just roll with it. You won't consider "what ifs" because there is no such thing -- you will focus on logic only.
You will no longer feel sorry for yourself -- instead you will realize that you're superior.
