The only surgical solution is a lefort 2 to address the structural issue of a recessed upper maxilla

JFL if you’d even consider getting that just for naso folds nevermind this issue of actually getting a quality surgeon to perform it cosmetically

Realistically the only solution is to get as lean as possible and fraud pics in good lighting only

But it truly is one of the only real blackpills that is genetically determined and can’t be successfully augmented

White pill: you can still look amazing, get 1000 matches on OLD, date HTB/stacylite+ (if you addressed everything else

And be the best looking guy in your social circle

For any future users trying to solve genetic nasolabial folds that you’ve had since you were a teenager or even a kid and you weren’t a fat fuck,

I hope this helps you save time.

If you don’t believe me just look at b/a pics of facelifts (they lift outer skin not inner) or paranasal (super cope)

And be brutally honest look for similar lighting and you’ll see barely any chnage and most of these patients still have some swelling which helps mask the issue
