you can't change the bones in your frame but as the nigga above me said gymcel helps a lot, roids are also pretty important for cannonball delts
i don't know about roids but there are plenty of roidcels here

If I do it I just wanna do a cycle because it seems very dangerous stuff
 
LL Rule #1: more height is always prio. Proportions / frame is not that important if you have the ability to gain raw height.
So just go for it.

it definitely can be dangerous, and also has side effects that may not be dangerous but you won't want
if you want to get LL and your frame is the only thing stopping you then you probably shouldn't worry about the risks of juicing tbh
if you only do one cycle then obviously all the gains past your natural limit will go away when you stop, so it's gonna be a very temporary benefit but also low risk

Clavicle lengthening can make your frame wider, Eppley does it
idk much about clavicle lengthening but it is an option
it's probably about as feasible and about as dangerous as leg lengthening so it could be a good option for this nigga

The soft looksmax here would be regular swimming (everyday bro) to put bones under pressure and be affected by Wolff's law

idk if it's cope but clavicles grow till your 30s so why not try tbh
