is getting paid monthly
in america it's weekly or biweekly even for white collar workers, but in most countries in europe u only get that in minimum wage jobs or jobs w very irregular shifts. white-collar salary work is always paid monthly. it makes u really inflexible and it's especially shit when u start a new job and because of timings and accounting usually being brainless troglodytes you gotta wait 2-3 months until u actually get all the money you're owed.
