one punch man exercise routine

summer holidays have started for me and its time for me to stop being a skinny shit and get a good physique. im sure many of you will the one punch man routine which is 100 push ups, sit ups and squats, and a 10km run. Is this effective to get a good physique or is there anything better to do? I heard that running 10km every day can be bad for you and maybe I'll run less. Also, how would I maintain what anything i've achieved when school begins again and i have little time?

just sprint instead for less distance
also watch out tbh i think it might cause brain damage if you do it badly

Have fun getting next to no results. His "workout" is so meager it should be your fucking warmup before you actually lift weights
