summer holidays have started for me and its time for me to stop being a skinny shit and get a good physique. im sure many of you will the one punch man routine which is 100 push ups, sit ups and squats, and a 10km run. Is this effective to get a good physique or is there anything better to do? I heard that running 10km every day can be bad for you and maybe I'll run less. Also, how would I maintain what anything i've achieved when school begins again and i have little time?
