Is the asymmetry obvious when you take a frontal picture?

It's like pointing into one side and not the other, right?

I have the exact same thing, my mom pointed it out to me a couple years ago. We went to a doctor to check out my jaw and chin and the doctor basically said one side of my jaw grew faster and caused this asymmetry. He said to just wait for the other side to grow out and if it doesnt then there is an option to shed the extra bone in my chin. Its been about 3 years since my visit but im trying to find a way without surgery. I beleive this was caused by sleeping on one side of the bed for years, so im starting to sleep on my back to fix the assymetry.

Genio or chin fillers/implants could help correct this.

might be one side of your body being too tense that made you develop asymmetrically + other habits. if you have tmj or anything similar to that, skewed sphenoid, bounced gait, etc your face is bound to be asymmetrical. if you're under 16 17 by bone age i'd suggest just eating well, making sure you intact enough zinc, magnesium, vitamins, while fixing those habitual abnormalities. if you're around that age then going to an orthotropic/orthodontic clinic would be optimal to correct that development.
