One side of my face is htn while the other side is shit tier

Left side of my face has a prominent jawline, a rather deep set eye and better browridge growth. Right side has a weak ass jawline, recessed browridge, an eye with epicanthic fold. Is this a common thing and what can i do to fix it? Is it over for me?
