I’ve always chewed, slept, and done most things on my right side (I’m right-handed). Now the right side of my face looks more bloated and full, especially around the masseter. The left side looks more defined, with a tighter, more angular appearance.
When I clench lightly on the left, it actually looks better, more defined, not overly bulky. But the right just looks puffy even when relaxed, likely from overuse.
I think I have inward gonions, but my masseter insertions aren’t high or problematic (not the type that gives unnatural fullness). I’m scared that if I chew on the left, I’ll lose the sharper look and end up bloated on both sides.
What should I do?

What should I do?
- Slightly build up the left to balance both sides?
- Stop chewing altogether and hope the right shrinks over time?
- Is the right side bloat reversible?
