It’s cause I can only swallow on the right side of my mouth so the left side of my palate is shrinking because the tongue is not able to support it. It’s causing the entire left side of my face to collapse.

ur sphenoid bone is making ur face asymmetrical, theres many types of it for example sometimes ur eyes can be symetrical but ur jaw can be asymmetrical, only thing in my mind rn is to get a palate expander to widen ur maxilla to make ur face a bit more symetrical
