Hm, i mean not tryna give medical advice you probably did your due diligence but a 100mgs is a lot like lips falling off level of sides, unless you are some severe case. I took 40x 180 days prescribed by derm and i went from an actual subhuman to having actually presentable face even with some scaring. Default dose is 0.5mg per kilos if you need some comparison

I mean im 100kg while being pretty lean at 188cm and i did 80mg just to test before and only noticed dry lips during winter aswell

Sides take 2-3 months to fully get out, i was looking like a fucking zombie even on that 40 at around 75 kilos let me find some pics

aha well ill just have to tank it cause i need my skin and chest clear before i go travelling this summer

Cumulative is at 150mg per kilo so you can do that and come off, most up to date cycle dosing tho is taking it until you are atleast 3 months acne free but that probably doesnt count with mega dosing lol

A little dry is a little simplified, the pain of applying hydration cream was pretty insane it burned like hell my face was so dry, anyway just wanted to share my experience on accutane its great would recommend at all cost anyways
