Hello guys. I’m new to looksmaxxing so please don’t flame me i just need some help. One side og my face’s jaw is so puffy and like it feels like there is no jaw at all and people often notice from the side. My other side is normal not good and not bad. I just want my weaker one to look same as the other one. I went to a dentist or orthodontist one time and he said it could be due to teeth grinding also since I feel pain in my dominant side a lot and it’s sore so he was like maybe your dominant side is grinding at night and so that’s why it’s more overdeveloped. He’s not that so good so I just wanted a second opinion on here. I’ll post both of my jaw so u can see the difference and I just wanted tips for softmaxxing to improve it without fillers or anything. Also regarding raising or tightening my hyoid bone is chin tucking good?

got same problem
even out the sides you sleep on (right side/left side), chew more on left side, make sure your head isnt leaning to one side, make sure youre not clenching one side of your jaw subconsciously, etc.

Yeah, it seems like a lot of the time it's due to improper chewing habits in pre-adolescense, so it's difficult to correct both orthodontically and in real-time everyday habits. Natural processes like this are kind of etched into our subconscious so it'll take effort adjusting

*right pic is meant to be the puffer side

Consistently chewing with one side of your jaw will develop the masseters on that side more, making the other side look relatively underdeveloped, although this doesn't look like an option, try and think of any activities you do that you tend to use one side of your jaw for, if you inject your face with anything at all for whatever reason, you might have some inflammation? hard to tell
(fixes for these: chew with both sides of ur jaw, and if you do inject, inspect the quality and how clean your needles are)

Ask them or get yourself a nightguard (mouthpiece) for when you sleep
also fixing your overall head posture if its not balanced will help.

apart from that this is just mostly genetics, would appreciate if u marked this as a solution :p

Injecting what lmao. Also what’s crazy is for the last year or two I’ve been sleeping mostly on my back and chewing equally if not more on the other side. So i was like idk maybe if i chew hard gum on the weaker side only could maybe solve it in addition to a night guard. And I have forward head posture idk how to fix that too. But i appreciate yall fr thanks
