Well guys I´ve stumbled across an interesting post about onion juice (https://www.ergo-log.com/onionjuice.html)
Researchers in Iran found that onion juice can increase testosterone levels in male rats by 314% :feelsmega: within 20 days.
The effect was even stronger than well known drugs like Nolvadex and Clomid.
This is likely because of powerful antioxidants in onions such as quercetin, isorhamnetin, and selenium compounds that reduce oxidative stress in the tests and boost hormone production. Sperm quality also improved significantly.
Earlier studies from the 1960s already showed similar effects, but plain onion juice seems to deliver especially strong results.
Only problem could be that you have to use a quite big amount of onion juice and that youll smell like shit...
If you´re an degenerate Incel it shouldnt be a big problem tho

If someone wants to try that I´d be pleased if you can answer to this thread

ill look into it but how do you even get hold of onion juice

slice or chop a raw onion
place in a jar and add a spoonful of sugar
cover, shake, let sit several hours or overnight
drink the juice

The sugar draws out the juice from the onion. 👍

U will def not get a 314% increase, that's beyond supraphysiological, u only achive similar levels with exogenous test! The only thing u will get is stinky ass breath

Yeah, the increase of 314% was on rats and not humans. I’d rather think an increase of maybe 100% would be realistic

onions are toxic, the testosterone release is a response to the stress

many dont know testosterone is also an antioxidant

its the same shit with ashwaganda

you genuinely believe drinking onion juice will increase testosterone by 100%?

that is genuine mental retardation
I've never said it will definitely increase by 100%. You can check the study that has been performed on rats

Do you have any proof of that?

everything seems to fucking work on rats, if we are relying on rat data it should mean that vitamin d supplements will give you more bone mass

which obviously will not happen

in practice, most of these rat studies dont seem to translate into human effectiveness

please rep my replies back so I don't look like a hopeless spammer:feelsokman:

of course he doesn't, that guy is the biggest retard on this entire forum

he has me blocked because I disproved his primal carnivore bullshit yesterday
bruh.
Yeah how tf is testosteron even an antioxidant

Do you have any proof of that?
no i was just joking onions are really good for you us humans can even sense how good they are, its why our eyes get irritated from just being around them and we start crying because we love it so much, and man when we eat onions we get a huge grimase and odd face simply due to its great taste, thats why we eat the onions like apples after all, for taste, just pick a round onion and eat it thats how people it it right because its good for you. Its definitely not why we almost always cook onions to destroy the wonderful nutrients in it that are very positive to consume

good goy

The thing is that there could always be a correlation between certain animals yk. And some tests on rats have been proven the same how they work on humans...

bruh.
Yeah how tf is testosteron even an antioxidant
its not.

although I know what he is trying to say. it can have antioxidant-like effects in some contexts i would say, but its mainly through indirect mechanisms that improve cellular redox balance

but yes he is wrong, it is not a true antioxidant

every single one of his arguments is based on "science isnt real, trust ur logic"

Plant toxin lowers testosterone

The so called testosterone increase In response to an overload of toxins in the body, after all, testosterone is an anti oxidant

That's not an actual testosterone increase, rather test increase to acute stress, which is bad.

but the allicin compounds in onions has a prove of an testosteron increase in humans. Check pubmed

Did you read what I just said you illiterate cuck?
Ah yeah im sorry you're right because those effects are certainly mediated by quercetin contained in the onions. But unfortunately quercetin in addition to increasing the levels of testosterone acts as a receptor antagonistic decreasing the expression.

http://www.ncbi.nlm....pubmed/20148354

http://www.ncbi.nlm....pubmed/11238180

I have no evidence of what the net balance... but since the androgen receptors in contrast to other types of receptors increase in number when they are stimulated, come to the conclusion that the receptor antagonism is stronger than the increase of testosterone, indeed probably the increase of testosterone is in part caused by the fact that its receptors are blocked (and in part by the powerful antioxidant activity of the substances contained in the onion what you have said).

The extraordinary nature of quercetin lies not so much in the effects of testosterone (of dubious value), but the effects it has on stress hormones.

But there's still something with the allicin compounds... that I dont understand yet...

Yea, its cope

Sorry OP but all studies like this are cope af, you could find that 10 million different supplements increase test in rats
