I’ve been gymcelling for 3 months so I’m clearly a pro

Incline Bench DB
DB bottom half pullover
Wide grip pull ups
Lat pull-downs
Shoulder press
Lateral raises

Used to be skinny fat btw

Also it’s practically impossible not to look dyel in clothes unless you’re on a pro bb stack

I cut calories but I still built muscle because of newbie gains

how large was your deficit?
1300 cals I was having around 1500 cals daily probably more as my tracking was shit but 1500 - 2000 cals daily also did some infrequent cardio

During cardio sessions I dedicated an hour to incline treadmill which burnt about 500 cals

Took me around 2 and a half months to lose 8kg

Nordic and Eastern European top genetics for strength
Nordics have the best chest insertions and better frame including height

Frame and Height matters more than how quick you build muscle anyways

Try cable lateral raises maybe with dropset. Always felt shoulders more than after db lateral raise.
