1st Is not to eat, there was this guy i saw irl who had some sort of gut problems and because of that he could only eat a very small meal a day, and this nigga was in early 30s but looked like a teenager ded srs. jfl if you eat.

2nd not to having sex/jerking of too much, just like eating it ages you. takes great energy of your body.

3, working out frequently. just look at athletes who dont take steroids.

Good that I have gut problems and suffer from enormous pain everyday atleast I can look young in my prime and watch more hamza videos 😃😃😃

kcal restriction has indeed shown to reduce aging.

2nd not to having sex/jerking of too much, just like eating it ages you. takes great energy of your body.
sounds like cope. Sex/jerking off lowers cortisol which should reduce aging.
3, working out frequently. just look at athletes who dont take steroids.
again cope. Light exercise is probably healthy, but frequent exercise will stress your body too much and also require you to eat more, causing you to age more.

I would add

4. finasteride. Losing hair ages you.
5. tretinoine+sunscreen+moisturizer. Saves ur skin.
6. quality and scheduled sleep.

Agreed for sure, also, DHT inhibits elastin production, another reason to hop on fin.
Also, carb and protein restrictions, keeping carbs low (sub 50g, only fruit or dairy), as carbs spike insulin which is a growth hormone, this will obviously age you, but you need some carbs to regulate cortisol.
Protein should be 150-200g, which is fairly low, considering truely healthy people only really eat meat (rare or raw), the rest should all be cholesterol and saturated fat.
That being said, I think one should gymcel hard until around 25 (so eat a good amount of carbs and protein), then aim to maintain/slowly gain.
Obviously TRT is a must at a certain point, however it will obviously slightly age you, but if you keep everything else you’ve suggested, you’ll look 40 at 60 either way.

how much is too much exercise.
I want to run 45 minutes in the morning + 1 hours lifting in evening. is this too much?
