Just do full body (compound exercises) and add a few accessory exercises depending on lagging parts, more time efficient.

I replace deadlifts and squats with machines because they're heightminning exercises
 
you need to train core because like increasing core strength will make you stronger everywhere else
legs can help add a lot of mass and increase your weight and girls like nice asses on guys everywhere
train everything bozo unless you want to look weird and have muscle imbalances

you definitely need to train your legs, you don't want them to look like chicken legs and what does upper arms mean? only training biceps and triceps and no forearms?
