I see on average short woman produce shorter kids. Even tho if child ends up tall, it is somehow the child is lucky to pick recessive gene(tall). Like one kid ends up going after grandpa in height(lucky) while others go after mum(manlet)

I disagree, there are several small women who have conceived big children. Even if she is not tall, if she has high relatives like father, uncle or brother, it is still possible for the child to be born tall.
Not to mention that the shorter ones are the more feminine ones, the ideal height for a woman for me 5.5 feet.

Yes but it is possible but probability of having larger kid with taller mum is higher than shorter mum. 5.5 feet is on taller side than on shorter side btw.
