And then u realize how big of a joke life is and how brutal the world operates and you dont want to continue the bloodline

It's easier to stay healthy and prevent (mental) illness, than having to cure it once you have already gotten ill.

Being born in some dysfunctional family, shitty looks, socially out-casted, etc. can be compared with a spreading cancer that needs serious intervention and healing to get rid off. And without that intervention, it will slowly creep throughout all parts of your life and destroy what health you had remaining.

This is outside of my control, I don't plan for anything. I just follow the flow of my life.
But my life will likely result in overdose for me naturally.
