Lets think of the worst thing a person can do.

A man goes into a preschool, shoots and kills the children, rapes the teachers and roams free. Is what he did subject to subjectivity? People often say only god can judge me, but clearly god has given us the minds to judge people. Influencing decision/discernment around subjectivity dulls a persons mind. Its like adding a bunch of random numbers with no pattern in the middle of a coded program. This is why this mentality is funded and marketed so well within groups of people who lack mental and moral precision. It takes away from the decision making process and tries to null it. It eats away at the mind, one of which purpose is to find pattern with its own contained numbers to "correctly" interact with the program.

Not to say subjectiveness is a bad thing, it is appropriate to be used in things within the authority or personal feelings and tastes. but thats where it should remain. If the world is a pre coded program, the mind is a container of numbers that are constantly structured and used to interact with the program.

back to the example, the man who killed wont just be let free when caught. Even if the lawyers were to say he had mental illness, (which some may justify his decision to kill and do wickedness), he will still have something happen to him. People mix judgement with punishment/reward. but really, the root of it is decision. For example, even if the man did have mental illness he wont just be let free, he will have to serve time, or go through various mental programs. Life wouldn't be the same. Decision will happen as a result of his own.

He would have to get away with the crime. Law is just there to protect normal people from others. The law isn't absolute and doesn't claim anything about morality. It's just a rule system designed such that society can function and we don't just all start killing each other because of minor things.
