asta is considered too expensive with no results by anecdotes on org

beta carotene works for me real good, although full results came in 5 months of use
just started lycopene 2 weeks ago, no effects yet

It worked for me, my body is more red like checks chest hands.
And yeah beta carotene is amazing.

Vit D is not cope for certain people. I’m black and live in an area with little sun exposure so it’s a necessity for me to maintain regular T levels.

But for most people it’s useless if u get 15 minutes of sun exposure

There’s some you can get naturally thru here like collagen, vitamin c, etc. the rest I’d recommend supplement.
