Skin and collagen: vitamin C, vitamin B3, collagen peptides, melatonin, msm.

Tan and coloring: beta carotene, Astaxanthin, lycopene.

asta is considered too expensive with no results by anecdotes on org

beta carotene works for me real good, although full results came in 5 months of use
just started lycopene 2 weeks ago, no effects yet

It worked for me, my body is more red like checks chest hands.
And yeah beta carotene is amazing.

Vit D is not cope for certain people. I’m black and live in an area with little sun exposure so it’s a necessity for me to maintain regular T levels.

But for most people it’s useless if u get 15 minutes of sun exposure

There’s some you can get naturally thru here like collagen, vitamin c, etc. the rest I’d recommend supplement.

Well they tie into each other don’t they? Low T and being depressed will definitely make you look like shit. Sure Vit D won’t make you Chad but it’ll still help with the ascension
