Open septorhinoplasty + turbinoplasty soon

As the title states I’m getting open septorhinoplasty and turbinoplasty in the next months. Once it’s done I’ll post some update and process pictures. But I’m also curious about any experience some of you might have made with all this at once. What I’m most scared of is not being able to workout and loosing a bunch of progress right before summer. But the results will hopefully be lifefuel and improve my aesthetic as well as my general life quality by a bit.

not me, but i heard you can get back into working out at full strength within like 6 weeks, granted its better for your surgeon to give you clearance, cuz if you start having nosebleeds, swelling, or throbbing pain, you'll have to stop working out instantly. good luck with the surgery
