Opinion on „high protein“ products and Fruits

Often I buy Food like yogurts, bars, etc, which are delicious and labelled as „high Protein.“
I don’t know, if it is good for our hormones, skin, bonemass and gut health, because that also plays a big role.

Also I like to eat often Fruits, because its much healthier than a caramel chocolate with peanuts, cookies and cream, of course gluten free and vegan trash chemical sweets.🍭

What do y’all think?

Bullshit, but probably better than 100% carbs products. Only really HIGH PROTEIN = meat & fish

99% of the time that shit is hyperprocessed slop. It’s better than most junk food, but it’s still not perfect
 
It's garbage, most of the time. Low quality protein like gluten and soy that's hard to digest or just straight up gelatin (aka "beef protein"). Eating enough protein is so easy.
