At first, I thought about applying pressure with my incisors, but they'll obviously shift. What about applying pressure with my premolars? They're designed to withstand more pressure than my incisors. Should I just take, say, two tightly folded small pieces of paper (I personally can't apply pressure with my premolars without them) and apply pressure throughout the day? I did this for five minutes and felt a significant strain on maxilla. I'm 17, so it could definitely move my bones.

Guys, I didn't mean you have to do this for 5 minutes a day. Obviously, you have to do it all day, for months. When I said I felt tension, I didn't mean my maxilla shifted in 5 minutes; I meant that this method was working on it. As for the bone displacement, I did hard mewing for a month and a half, but I did it as a retard, pressing on the back of the palate. Because of this, I developed a cw twist, which lengthened my nose and shifted my lips by 2 mm. I'm not delusional, and it's clearly visible; my sutures are flexible. I don't understand why you should joke when I'm asking a serious question.
