I don't watch his videos that often but i find his opinions on not gymaxxing stupid what do you guys think?

Why do you think that?
To put it simply, if you train you are using up your androgenic 'capital' to build muscle, and without steroids you don't have that much to spare.

Not to mention, training anything above 3 times a week will neuter your test, and quadruple that if you're not on a caloric surplus.

Is there any researches done on this? Could someone provide a link or is this "information" just passed down from one person to another
